Notes : 90-92/100 Wine Advocate-Parker – 16.5/20 J. Robinson – 89-92/100 Wine Spectator – 16/20 J-M Quarin
Assemblage : 75% Merlot, 23% Cabernet Franc, 2% Cabernet Sauvignon
"Vibrant, with a blaze of iron running from the start to finish, while dark currant, cherry and plum fruit forms the core. The long, grippy, integrated finish shows excellent vivacity" Wine Spectator (James Molesworth)

- Millésime 2015 :
Notes : 91-93/100 Wine Advocate-Parker – 16,5/20 J. Robinson – 96-97/100 J. Suckling – 92-95/100 Wine Spectator – 17/20 J-M Quarin – 17/20 Bettane+Desseauve
Assemblage : 75% Merlot, 25% Cabernet Franc
"Here is a wine with great pedigree near Ausone. Full body, yet fast and agile. The finish lasts for minutes. You see the chalky soil in the wine." J. Suckling

- Millésime 2016 :
Notes : 91-94/100 Wine Advocate-Parker – 16,5/20 J. Robinson – 95-96/100 J. Suckling – 92/100 Vinous (A. Galloni) – 92-95/100 Wine Spectator – 17/20 J-M Quarin
Assemblage : 75% de Merlot, 25% Cabernet Franc.
"This is a really powerful red with fantastic density and richness. Silky and chewy tannins. Lots of chalky, crushed limestone character. Impressive. Let’s see what is better: the 2016 or 2015." J. Suckling

- Millésime 2017 :
Notes : 92/100 J. Suckling – 90/100 Decanter– 16,5/20 J-M Quarin
Assemblage : 70% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Franc
“Some berries and smoke with stone and tar. Full-bodied, creamy and beautifully crafted. Tight and focused. A little lean, but shows balance and juiciness. Bitter lemon and smoke at the end.J. Suckling

- Millésime 2018 :
Notes : 94-95/100 J. Suckling – 93/100 Decanter – 17/20 J-M Quarin
Assemblage : 78% Merlot, 22% Cabernet Franc,
”The 2018 Berliquet represents a major stylistic shift under the guidance of Nicolas Audebert and the technical team at Canon. Plump and juicy, the 2018 offers an explosion of fruit that gives it a distinctly exuberant personality. A joyous, radiant wine, Berliquet expresses the natural radiance of the vintage in a forward, juicy style that offers tons of near and medium-term appeal. The wine's fruit and overall density are both impressive, to say the least. This is the first vintage made by the Nicolas Audebert and the technical team at Canon following Chanel's acquisition of the estate in 2017.” Vinous

- Millésime 2019 :
Notes : 93/100 Decanter – 16,75/20 J-M Quarin
Assemblage : 77% merlot, 23% Cabernet franc
"Vibrant damson in colour. I love the deep creaminess that is evident from the first nose, with hints of cocoa and gunsmoke. There is more clay here than at Canon; about 50% of the vineyard has a clay layer over the limestone whereas at Canon it is closer to 10%, meaning Berliquet is less ethereal, more urgent and powerful, still with precision and feathery chalky tannins. They have restored the underground limestone cellars for barrel ageing." Decanter
